There is a small link with single rose cut diamond hanging from the bottom of the garnet. A truly stunning piece of jewelry. This piece does not include a chain. There is one flaw, a 3mm dent on the backside of the pendant shown in the 5th photo. The flaw does not show at all from the front. Size: The pendant measures 1 7 8 inches from the top
