This is the board game titled Clinic: Deluxe Edition. The outer box is a little beat up, and inside, a few of the 2nd and 3rd floors have a slightly dusty look on part of them. However, the rest of the game pieces look in fantastic shape. I counted every piece and compared it to the instruction manual. Every piece is there EXCEPT that for the grey cylinder Conveyor pieces, I counted 18 pieces, while the instruction manual shows 20 pieces. You should be able to find a substitute for the 2 missing Conveyors somewhere around your house!
