The image shows a vintage 1982 Rubik’s Revenge, the original 4x4x4 version of the famous Rubik’s Cube. This specific puzzle was released by the Ideal Toy Corp following the success of the 3×3 cube I listed as used.. I’m not sure there is open tape. See pics
